The title of this map is written without any decoration in the lower right corner. Scandinavia, western Russia, the northern part of Germany and Prussia are depicted, with an inset map of Iceland in the upper left corner. Underneath the inset are a mileage scale and a compass rose.
The interior of Iceland shows several mountain ranges but only a few place-names, including M. Hekla, the bishopric Skalholt with and Holar without the church symbols.
